Emilie is an AMGA/IFMGA Mountain Guide and co-owner of Cloudsplitter Mountain Guides. She is based in Salt Lake City, Utah but works and adventures anywhere there are mountains…especially ones with ice and snow!

Emilie grew up ski racing in NH and learned to climb while attending St. Lawrence University. After graduating with a degree in Anthropology she went on to pursue…mountain guiding, of course.

Emilie has explored some of the worlds biggest AND smallest mountain ranges from Alaska and the Karakoram to the Adirondacks and the Appalachians. However, she will always have an affinity for the steep, technical rock and ice routes of the Northeast.
