Angela Hawse

Angela has worked as a professional guide, college faculty member, lead instructor, guide trainer, and course director for many programs around the world for over 35 years. She has led 25+ high altitude expeditions throughout the Andes, Himalaya, Karakoram, Alps, Caucasus, Iran Jaya, and Alaska as well as endeavors in Scandinavia, Antartica, Patagonia, and Iceland. Angela has been a Chicks guide since 1999 and was a former Chicks owner. She is the current president of the AMGA and has been on their instructor team since 2005. Angela’s home is in Ridgway, Colorado.
